About Us

Our Story

I opened my first studio in 2015, It was small and I was terrified.  Luckily I had built a following that joined me at my new studio.  6 years in I decided to add a small reformer space to the mix.  They were not in the same location, which was a bit hard, and it was a huge success. After seeing that this was really something people needed and craved, I decided to move into a larger space that allowed all to be together.  It has been such an amazing journey and I am so grateful to all who have been with me from the start, who have come and gone, and who are newly joining.  It's a place where you can come, feel comfortable, get a terrific workout, and build lasting friendships. Please join us for your next workout.
