Partner Yoga is a playful practice. Yoga poses are practiced in pairs, and as a group.
Participants often leave feeling grounded, connected, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Partners can be friends, family members, spouses or strangers.
Come with a partner or without! Those without a partner can be paired up. Share your energy, love, and laughter in a new way!
No yoga experience is required. Props will be available to make yoga poses more comfortable and accessible.
Wear comfortable clothes. The practice is done barefoot on a yoga mat.
